Our cafeteria menus are based on the Mediterranean diet and are planned by expert nutritionists and prepared daily at out kitchens by the centre’s own staff. Kitchen staff receive regular training courses on prevention of risks and food allergies.
Every day the menu features an alternative menu for pupils who follow certain diets, with a special focus on the food allergies of each pupil.
The tutors and teachers of the pupils themselves supervise this service and education is also fundamental during meals.
