After several weeks full of experiences, emotions and learning, our exchange students from Canada and the VirginIslands have returned to their home countries. Their stay at Casvi Boadilla has been much more than a trip: it has represented a true cultural and linguistic immersion that has left its mark both on them and on our host families.
A LINGUISTIC EXCHANGE THAT HAS ENRICHED US ALL
During their stay, the international students have lived with families from the school, they have shared the day to day life, the classes and a great variety of activities that have made this experience unforgettable.
They have made excursions to emblematic places such as Segovia, with its impressive aqueduct, and to Boadilla del Monte, where they have discovered the charms of our immediate surroundings.
One of the highlights of the day was the visit to Toledo, a World Heritage City. Despite the heat and the slopes, they took part in a fun cultural gymkhana that allowed them to get to know every corner of the capital of La Mancha in an active and enjoyable way.
A FAREWELL BREAKFAST FULL OF EMOTION
As a final touch, we shared a very special breakfast with their “host brothers and sisters”. During this meeting, students, families and teachers recalled anecdotes, relived unique moments and expressed their gratitude for everything they had experienced during their stay in Spain.
