1.The beginning of the school year will be on Thursday the 5th for Infant and Primary School students. Primary, with full day morning and afternoon, and the following schedule:
– Kindergarten to 3rd Grade Primary School: 9:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. and 1:45 to 4:45 pm.
– 4th Grade Primary School to 6th Grade Primary School: 9:00 to 13:30 h. and 14:30 to 16:45 h.
On Friday the 6th, classes begin for E.S.O. and Bachillerato students with the following schedule:
– E.S.O.: 9:00 to 13:30 h. an 14:30 to 16:45 h
– 1st and 2nd Bachillerato: 9:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. (Continuous)
2. For route users:
Families who use the school route will be sent the corresponding stop and schedule on the intranet during the second half of August.
3. Books and school supplies will be delivered directly to the student on the first day of school. You have 2 days to return the textbooks you do not need. The amount will be remitted by bank receipt, and will be divided into three equal payments, and will be collected in October, November and December..
4. School Uniform:
Compulsory from 1st Cycle of Infant Education (1 year) up to 4th E.S.O. included.
- Infant 1st cycle and 3 years: They will wear only uniformed tracksuit and T-shirt (we recommend 2 sets) and swimming equipment. Babi (compulsory for Kindergarten students).
- Pre-school (4 years old, 5 years old), Primary School and Secondary School
Male students: Grey long pants, navy blue sweater, white polo shirt and navy blue warm clothes or according to the uniform.
Female students: Plaid skirt (5 cm above the knee) or long gray pants, navy blue sweater, white polo shirt and navy blue or matching uniform.
Regarding footwear, they must wear black or navy blue shoes, as well as socks, navy-colored socks or tights and white, blue or black sneakers.
Sports attire: Tracksuit and T-shirt (compulsory up to 1st Bachillerato), shorts (optional), swimming gear, including cap (compulsory up to 6th grade Primary School) and white or blue sneakers.
It is imperative that ALL CLOTHING BE MARKED WITH THE STUDENT’S NAME.
All these garments can be purchased at the school during the following hours:
- July 1 to 12 ……………………. from 10:00h. to 14:00 h. and from 16:00h. to 19:00 h.
- Agoust from the 26 to 30 ………………… from 10:00h. to 14:00 h. and from 16:00h. to 19:00 h.
- September ……………… ………… from 16:00h. to 19:00 h.
- October to June (Tuesday and Friday) ..from 16:00h. to 19:00 h.
A 5% discount will be applied to sales made from July 1 to July 10.
All payments will be made in cash or by credit card at the time of purchase.
5. The dining room and transportation services will be available from the first day of class, therefore, if any of you did not confirm these services and wish to make use of them, you must communicate it to the Secretary’s Office, with due anticipation.
6.EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Extracurricular activities will begin on Monday, September 9, with a receipt being issued in the month of July, serving as a place reservation and payment for the month of September.
7. Parent meetings scheduled for the beginning of the school year will be held in person.
Basic instructions for the first day of class
- The school will be open from 7:30 a.m., offering breakfast service (Infant School, 1st and 2nd Primary School), for those students who need it, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- School starts at 9:00 a.m. so you should arrive 15 minutes early. If this first day can be brought forward a little more, the better, in order to make a graded entry. Teachers will be available at the main entrance of the school to show you where your child’s class is located.
- Students will wear the school uniform.
- Students who do not stay for lunch will be picked up:
- INFANTIL: in 2nd E. Infant from 12:25h.
- PRIMARY: 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade at 12:40h. in the secretary’s hall, the 4th, 5th, 6th and E.S.O. students will leave directly from their class at 13:30h.
- Check-in time in the afternoon will be:
- INFANTIL, 1st, 2nd AND 3rd E. PRIMARY, at 13:45h.
- PRIMARY from 4th to 4th E.S.O., at 14:30h.
- Departure time in the afternoon will be:
In Kindergarten (1, 2 and 3 years old), parents will pick them up at 4:35 pm.
In Kindergarten (4 and 5 years old), parents will pick them up at 4:40 pm.
In 1st , 2nd and 3rd Primary School parents will pick them up from 16:45h. in the courtyard, or in the classroom on rainy days.
Students from 4th Primary to 4th E.S.O. will be dismissed directly from the classroom at 16:45h.
High School students will leave at 15:10h.
- Parents who are going to use the extended hours service must inform the Secretary’s Office, reminding them that the end of this service is at 18:00h.
- If any allergy or information of interest was not filled in the registration form, please inform us as soon as possible.
