For the past six weeks, Maya, Gabriela, Augustine, Dace and Lincoln, our international students from Tulsa, in the United States, have been part of the community of Casvi Boadilla. With some nostalgia, we say goodbye to them, but with the certainty that they have left an indelible mark on us. Together we have lived an unforgettable educational experience.
Awareness of Social Networking Risks
For our students, the educational cultural exchange has been much more than an opportunity to improve their language skills; it has been a process of personal growth and a chance to broaden their horizons, learn about new cultures and make international friendships that will last a lifetime. This experience has not only allowed them to experience life in a school in another country, but also to open their minds to a global education and a diverse and enriching environment.
On the other hand, our Casvi students have also had the opportunity to get to know American culture, learn about its customs and establish personal connections that will enrich their worldview. It is the kind of experience that goes beyond the classroom and prepares young people for an increasingly globalized world.
CULTURE AND GASTRONOMY: A LINGUISTIC EXCHANGE
OF DISCOVERY
During their stay, they not only shared moments in the classroom, but also enjoyed excursions that marked their memories. From a tour of the Parque de Europa, with its replicas of famous monuments, to exploring the Magic Path, an activity that connected them with nature and allowed them to discover the beauty of the area. They also had the opportunity to get to know the center of Madrid and its history together, strolling through its streets and learning about its rich cultural tradition.
But the tastiest of all has been, without a doubt, the discovery of Spanish gastronomy. Our friends from Tulsa have not ceased to be surprised by the variety and taste of our traditional dishes, Spanish food has won a special place in their hearts! They all agreed that it is very good!
To put the finishing touch to their stay, we organized a farewell breakfast that gave them the opportunity to meet with all the students who have participated in the exchange program during this academic year. It was a special occasion to share experiences, anecdotes and memories, and above all, to strengthen the bonds of friendship that have emerged during these weeks.

Language exchanges, such as the one we have just experienced, are not only a way to improve the level of English, but also become a bridge between different cultures, favoring educational cultural exchange and openness to the world.
At the end of this international language exchange, our Tulsa students return home with unforgettable memories, new perspectives on the world and a deeper understanding of the diverse cultures that make the planet so unique and fascinating.
